Why The Team Formula is a STORY
We could have written a regular business book about teams. But we chose not to.
The reason for this is that there is something magical about stories, wouldn't you agree?
In stories we lose ourselves for a moment, we can more easily relate to something and put it into context, and we tend to remember more of what we read as it's more tangible and simply more memorable. Yet there are very few business books written in this way.
This article that we found on the subject: "Leadership: 5 Reasons Stories Are Powerful Communication Tools" describes all our reasons very well.
What do you think of the "not so common" story format for business books?
