Globalization’s demand on leadership

Here’s no 1!

The world is becoming smaller and there is possibility to have global reach and presence. Even small companies that just used to operate locally, may today find clients, suppliers, business partners and even employees/talent located all over the world. This requires new knowledge and skills to deal with cultural differences as well as the practicalities of geographical spread. We will be working with a “pool of talent” in the future where people could be based anywhere in the world.
