The Team Formula at the Gothenburg Book Fair
Last week the biggest literary event in the Nordic countries took place in Gothenburg – the yearly Book Fair.
Over 4 days, around 100.000 people visited the fair.
I, Elisabet, was there with “The Team Formula” and Mandy’s and my latest book “Leading Teams – 10 Challenges: 10 Solutions”, together with speaking agency “Kvinnliga Talare”. I was interviewed each day on the subject of “how to create a winning, world-class team” and it was great to see how many people were drawn to this subject, looking for guidance and inspiration for great teamwork.
The Team Formula’s story format created a lot of interest, both as an entertaining read and a practical team discussion tool, which was great to see.
We are looking forward to next year’s fair!
