On holiday recently I took this picture which made me think about leaders and comfort zones.
Leaders today need to have courage, to be courageous – more than ever before.
With so much change around us we need to leave the harbour walls and move out in new directions, trying methods we haven’t tried before – even if it is not our within our expertise. This is what takes courage, not being afraid to say ” I don’t know ” or “I am not sure”!
Leaders could for example ask others for help more often. Asking for help seems to be one of the greatest fears, locking us into our comfort zones.
Lets pull away out of those zones and be more courageous!
