A team is a mirror reflection of the leader

I was recently in Switzerland where I took this photograph. I was gazing into this stunning lake admiring the view and it started me thinking about how a team is a mirror reflection of  the leader, and a team is a mirror reflection of the organisation it leads. So we always need to be aware of the impact we have.

In the book Stephen leads his team through the merger of 2 teams, he also becomes very aware of his impact………
